Stories of the Big Birthday Bash – the Exhibition

In celebration of the Nissan Figaro’s 35^th Birthday, Figaro Owners Club promised to present a history of the car as never seen before…

With huge thanks to Kevin for building up the archive of the car and it’s history and Claire for building upon and expanding the archive, Lukas created some fantastic banners for display in the chapel at Walton Hall.

To create the banners, Lukas used the latest technology to scale up some of the images we have on file, meaning that not only did members have the opportunity to witness the history of the Figaro in a truly unique place, but also seeing those improved images at an amazing resolution. The launch images, clay model, and factory photos were really incredible.

And thanks to the lovely people of Walton Church, we had the perfect setting, with the music from the original promotional launch playing in the background.

Not only did this serve as a wonderful appreciation of the car, but it also gave members a quiet space to relax away from the hub-bub of the event.

The banners on display were kindly sponsored by Trusted Partners Classicline Insurance and The Figaro Shop, and will be used at future events, including the club’s return to the Classic Motor Show at the NEC in November.
