Chapter Coordinators

Located within the UK and around the world, the club has Chapter Coordinators whose role is to bring members together through our membership contact list and social media to enjoy our fabulous little cars. Note: We only allocate a Chapter Coordinator when the membership in that area exceeds 20 members.

This could include:

  • Communicating with our members on local on country matters
  • Organising meets and get-togethers
  • Administrating our Facebook Pages

As a club, we rely heavily on Chapter and Country Coordinators to help us organise local events.

UK CHAPTER COORDINATORS

We have divided the UK into 10 areas to provide local events near where you live. They also run our Facebook Groups which is an ideal platform for members to network on ownership issues and local events. All chapter coordinators are volunteers so please support them in their roles and try to help them as they cannot do it all.

1 – CHANNEL ISLANDS
Jersey & Guernsey

2 – EASTERN
Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk.

3 – MIDLANDS
Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

4 – NORTHERN EAST & YORKSHIRE
County Durham, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, North Yorkshire, Newcastle upon Tyne, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Gateshead, Darlington, City of York, North Yorkshire, West Riding and East Riding.

5 – NORTH WEST
Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside.

6 – NORTHERN IRELAND

7 – SCOTLAND
All Scottish Council Areas

8 – SOUTH EAST
Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

9 – UK SOUTH WEST ENGLAND
Bristol, Cornwall (including the Isles of Scilly), Dorset, Devon, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire

10 – UK WALES
Clwyd, Dyfed, Gwent, Gwynedd, Mid Glamorgan, South Glamorgan, West Glamorgan and Powys

Skills required include.

  • Organising two events a year (Can be just a few Figaros meeting up)
  • Completing the application form https://www.figaroownersclub.com/event-submission-form
  • Sending and replying to emails and sending using the cc function too
  • Organising an event and dealing with the venue
  • Taking pictures on the day and sending them to the club
  • Completing a brief outline of the event and sending it to the club
  • Active on Facebook and social media
