A story of Figaros in the sun at Bodnant Welsh Food Cafe …

“Hello everyone, my name is Lady Flora and I’m a Topaz Mist Figaro. My human is Jo and she and her husband Scott take very good care of me. She thought I might like to meet a friend at Bodnant Welsh Food Cafe on Saturday the 5th of September after a good clean, and my newly painted polo wheel trims – off we went.

“She took me all through the back roads knowing I like them better than the motorway. I can just plod along at my comfort speed.

“When we got there we saw a stunning turquoise Figaro who I knew could be my new friend. Susannah parked next to us with her human Helen and Golden Retriever Cariad.

“The adults all started fussing over us, and Cariad of course. Checking out our wheels and our seats and our radios. Like all Figaro Owners seeing what someone else had that they didn’t.

“Then they disappeared, I think to have a lovely lunch outside in the sun. The weather was kind and although a bit chilly at times we didn’t get wet.

“When they came back, they were talking about a lady who had stopped to take a photo of us and sent it to Jo. She was really proud of herself for seeing me and Susannah and knew her friend had a Figaro, so imagine her face when she walked into Jo and realised we were their cars.

“We had a nice time together and I’m told I can see Susannah again when our ladies met up for lunch.

“I hope to make some more friends at the next event.”
