Saying THANK YOU on World Kindness Day

Today is World Kindness Day – an awareness day in its 25th year – all about promoting the importance of being kind to each other, to yourself, and to the world.

Earlier today we published a post about Ken’s charity fundraising efforts last weekend – a perfect example of how lovely our members are. Thanks to your support, as a club we have raised over £11,000 for a range of charities over the years and will continue to do so.

So, on World Kindness Day, we just wanted to take a moment to recognise the kindness on which the Figaro Owners Club is founded:

• the spirit of club founders Kevin and Sue building such a wonderful community which inspires the club’s constitution “grounded in kindness and respect”
• our lovely members who are always ever so supportive of each other as we see on our social networks and Chapter Facebook Groups
• the kindness of our lovely volunteers whether they help occasionally, or regularly like our Chapter Coordinators, your Committee and, of course, Simon who so adeptly supports our Technical Forum
• the kindness and support of our partners who help keep our lovely cars on the road
