About:
Taking place between 18th and 22nd May 2026 in County Kildare, we will be staying at the 4 star spa hotel. We’ll be spending our time exploring the area, taking in Glendalough, Newbridge Silverware, the Japanese Gardens and Stud Farm, and Kilkenny Castle.
Dolly Webb, our Ireland Chapter Co-ordinator, has put together a wonderful memory making event, including some great routes for us all to enjoy.

Upon registering you will be provided with the venue details to pay a 10% deposit to the hotel to reserve your accommodation and dinner
Costs:
Total costs for hotel and events will be around €1200* per couple
– 4 nights of bed, breakfast and 3 nights of 3-course evening meal at a 4-star hotel & spa (1 evening meal will be off-site) – €910
– Visit to the Irish National Stud & Gardens (2 people)
– Irish Night Dinner followed by a range of entertainment
– 35th Birthday Party Gala Dinner and Ball and a live band on the last night
– Rally pack
*This cost excludes the ferry which will be around $450.

- Guided Tour of the Visitor Centre including the monastic site
- Picnic
- Visit: Newbridge Silverware – Style of Icons Exhibition
- Dinner and Irish Show Night – Irish music, storytelling and dancing

Ferry Discount Codes – Irish Ferries have offered the club a 15% discount for routes between the UK and Ireland. In order to claim this, please get in touch with the contact details provided in the email you will have received.
To give you some idea about what to look out for in the coming months, here’s the timeline we are working towards:
- December 2025 – ferry booking opens.
- January 2026 – updated information released.
- February 2026 – final costs confirmed for the activities and rally pack – payment requested by 15th March.
- April 2026 – pre-event email with final updates and confirming any outstanding details.
- May 2026 – balance due to hotel a week before arrival.
