Description:

We will meet from 10 to 12 July 2026 in Holzminden!
Our hotel is the https://www.weserhotel-schwager.de/
Eight double rooms and two single rooms have been reserved under the call-off quota ‘Figaro’ until 30 April 2026.
If you would like to attend the meeting, please proceed as follows:
1. Send a short email to Jörg (info@bco-koeln.de) with your name and club membership number.
2. Make your room reservation at the Weserhotel Schwager under the keyword ‘Figaro’ by 30 April 2026 at the latest. Cancellation is possible up to two days before arrival. Payment is made on site.

Costs:
The Chapter Meeting itself is free of charge! (Meals, tickets, etc. are paid individually)
Double room €149 per night, including breakfast
Single room €109 per night, including breakfast
There are parking spaces in front of the hotel (free of charge) and underground parking spaces (subject to a charge).

Programme:
10 July: Arrival from 4 p.m. – Dinner at around 7 p.m. at the hotel
11 July: Joint excursion through the Weser Bergland region, including a visit to the PS-Speicher museum in Einbeck (Europe’s largest classic car and adventure museum https://www.ps-speicher.de/). The day will end with a joint dinner.
12 July: After breakfast together, there will be a short final excursion.
