Description:

Last year’s short drive and sunflower picking trip was a real highlight — relaxed, cheerful and full of those simple summer moments everyone enjoys.

It was such a success that we’re doing it again for 2026, but this time with a little twist to make the day even more special.

We’ll begin with a relaxed coffee meet up, giving everyone a chance to chat before we head out in convoy to the sunflower fields. Once there, you can wander through the rows, choose your flowers and enjoy the sunshine at your own pace.
This year, we’re adding a picnic in the fields, either before or after you pick your sunflowers.

It’s a lovely way to slow down, enjoy the scenery and spend time together. We’ll bring the tables and hot water for teas and coffees — you simply bring your chairs, sandwiches and cake.

The cost for this wonderful afternoon out is just the price of the flowers you pick, making it one of the simplest, most feel good events of the summer: a gentle drive, a beautiful setting, good company and armfuls of sunflowers to take home

Don’t forget your secateurs and dogs on leads are welcome.
