Birthday Figgys and Chat at Ripon Walled Garden – 14th February 2026

Mia, our North East England Chapter Coordinator reports, in on a particularly special celebration!

“Our 35th Birthday celebration in Ripon was a beautiful, sunny but cold February day. We had the privilege of lining up seven Figaros, which was an absolute delight.

“How fitting for our Figaros to celebrate their birthday on the 14th of February, the day of love. The week leading up to the big day included some grey and wet weather here in Yorkshire, but like a gift from Cupid himself, the 14th arrived crisp and clear and beautiful. We were welcomed by the staff of the Ripon Walled Garden, where over coffee, cakes and lunch we had the chance to chat all things Figgy.

“Some of us had been to a few events together, but most attendees were either new to the Figgy family, or just hadn’t been to any events recently.

“We even had a few dogs join us, including Wrigley, an Irish Wolf Hound pup who experienced quite a tight squeeze in the bag of his family’s Figaro. Photos of Wrigley in a Figgy included for your enjoyment. 😊

“I am looking forward to more events in the summer, and to spending more time with our wonderful Figaro family.”

Members were ever so delighted that Mia put together such a lovely event at Ripon Walled Garden!
