Making it easier to get to know your Figaro Neighbour

To support our Community Chapter Coordinators reach members in their area, we’ve improved the set up behind the scenes in the Member Portal “Member MoJo” adding the region as a drop down list for the over 40 countries worldwide where the club has members!

We have gone through each and every member profile and selected their region for them according to what they entered, or looked it up and selected it ourselves if something else was entered.

This means that where we have regional Community Chapters in place, members are now automatically linked to that chapter’s distribution list.

Members can still go in and choose to hear from other regions too. Just head over to the Membership Portal, click on View or Edit in “My Details”, scroll down and click “Edit” to update which Chapter Community Groups you would like to hear from.

While you are there you can also check that all your other information is up-to-date too!

Making these updates means that we will also be able to better understand the location of Figaro Owners Club members across the world. We also recently introduced the idea of there being Joint Chapter Coordinators… so even if there is already someone in role in your area, but you would like to help, then we would love to hear from you!

Similarly, we do have a few vacancies at the moment, so we would welcome members getting in touch to help in your area!
