Feedback Survey 2026 – The Results
Throughout March we invited Members and Non Members to provide their feedback on the club through a feedback survey. We are currently working on the specific queries that were raised in the free type box at the end of the survey, but wanted to provide the findings from the specific questions asked.
Why did we bring out a Feedback Survey?
In keeping with the Figaro Owners Club Constitution and its Aims and Objectives we are focused on how the club can best work to the benefit of all members. Grounded in kindness and respect, and supporting the community, we want to ensure that we can continue in the spirit of the club’s founding principles – practical, social, financial… and, of course, fun! 🙂 The survey was anonymous so if you would like to contact the Club about any of your answers please get in touch.
So what were the responses to the specific questions?

*The one who said they wouldn’t responded positively to other questions, we think they might have picked “no” in error

Conclusions
This information helps us understand how important or aware members and non-members are of the things that the club is doing, and will help us prioritise what is important to members.
As mentioned at the start, we are also working our way through the individual queries that were raised in the free type box and will be presenting those in a Question and Answer article in the coming weeks.
