We’re proud to share that Figaro Owners Club Partner The Figaro Shop has won an Exceptional Service Award with Feefo.

Only 32 businesses received this top recognition, and here are the reasons why they did:

  • Highest average review score in our category, or the biggest improvement over three years.
  • Higher review reply rate than their competitors.
  • Faster and more consistent responses to customer feedback.

This is also a sad day for our friends over in Didcot, as it has been announced that Marios Christofi, their stella Parts Manager is departing for pastures new.

“After seven years with The Figaro Shop, I’ll be moving on, and this has been an emotional and genuinely difficult decision. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of not only working alongside lifelong friends, but also engaging with some of the most supportive, loyal, and understanding customers I could ever have hoped for.

“The Exceptional Service Award reflects a team effort and a shared commitment to doing things properly. I’m grateful to have been part of a business that values its customers so highly, and I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who has been part of this journey.
