The club was launched in March 2009 to serve the growing needs of owners and enthusiasts. Today, the club has members in over 20 countries and is supported by a team of enthusiastic owners and chapter area coordinators. There’s tons of information here so have a good old nose around. If you’re new to the car we recommend looking at our section on ‘Heritage’ as it will provide you with a better understanding of how the car came into the world.
There are many benefits to Membership – practical, social and financial.
The club is open to anybody who has an interest in these cute little cars, there is no need to own a Figaro. Our objectives are to raise awareness of the Figaros and help to preserve the Figaro marque, along with other Figaro clubs and associations. The Figaro Owners Club is a not for profit organisation and the emphasis is firmly on our members.

If your thinking of buying you are welcome to pop along to one of our events and chatting to owners or read our section on buying advice. If you want to take it a stage further then maybe reading our Nissan Figaro Buyers Guide would be a great ‘first step’ as it provides totally independent advice on all aspects of inspecting, test driving and buying the car.
How the club started
My son ‘Daniel’ had always wanted a Figaro having seen the car at his local garage when he was just 16. After saving for a number of years (plus a small contribution from his mum and dad!) he at last brought an emerald green model in May 2008. Following the purchase we searched on the internet for a club in the hope we could attend events and meet other owners. We were amazed that at that time no club existed so the Figaro Owners Club was born! We decided to build a basic website and forum which took a few months and on the 1st March 2009 we pressed the publish button and waited to see if anyone wanted to join? Within a week we had 10 members, a month 35 and a year 478!
Today the club has around 1,600 members worldwide in countries including New Zealand, Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and many more.
